Points, Lines & Planes · Superchallenge problem

Lines ℓ\ell and mm are skew. Five points are marked on ℓ\ell, four points are marked on mm, and one more point QQ is marked that is on neither line. Point QQ is in general position: it does not lie in any plane that contains ℓ\ell and a marked point of mm, nor in any plane that contains mm and a marked point of ℓ\ell. How many distinct planes pass through at least three of the ten marked points?
