A line plot shows how much water, in liters, each plant got. Above $\dfrac{1}{8}$ there are $3$ X's, above $\dfrac{3}{8}$ there are $4$ X's, and above $\dfrac{5}{8}$ there are $2$ X's. How many liters of water did the plants that got more than $\dfrac{1}{4}$ liter get in total? Give your answer as a fraction.
