A line plot shows how many hours each student spent reading over the weekend. Above $1$ there are $2$ X's, above $2$ there are $3$ X's, above $3$ there are $6$ X's, above $4$ there are $4$ X's, and above $5$ there are $2$ X's. How many students have a value greater than the value that appears most often?
