Line Plots · Hard problem

A line plot shows the heights of some seedlings, in inches. Above $1\dfrac{1}{4}$ there are $2$ X's, above $1\dfrac{1}{2}$ there are $3$ X's, above $1\dfrac{3}{4}$ there is $1$ X, and above $2$ there are $2$ X's. Every seedling grows $\dfrac{1}{4}$ inch each week. After $2$ more weeks, how many seedlings will be at least $2$ inches tall?
