A line plot shows the lengths of $13$ bugs, in inches. Above $\dfrac{3}{8}$ there are $2$ X's, above $\dfrac{1}{2}$ there are $3$ X's, above $\dfrac{5}{8}$ there are $4$ X's, above $\dfrac{3}{4}$ there is $1$ X, above $\dfrac{7}{8}$ there are $2$ X's, and above $1$ there is $1$ X. What fraction of the bugs are longer than $\dfrac{1}{2}$ inch but shorter than $1$ inch?
