A line plot has $5$ X's above $2$, $4$ X's above $3$, $4$ X's above $4$, and $2$ X's above $5$. You may add new X's above any of these four numbers. What is the fewest X's you must add so that all four stacks have different heights and the stack above $5$ is the tallest?
