A wire is $9\tfrac{3}{5}$ meters long, but the last $\dfrac{1}{5}$ meter is too frayed to use. After cutting off the frayed part, the usable wire is cut into pieces $\dfrac{4}{5}$ meter long. How many full pieces can be cut?
