The cable of a suspension bridge hangs in the shape of a parabola. Measuring height above the roadway, the cable's lowest point is $10$ m above the roadway at the center of a $200$-m span, and the cable is $50$ m above the roadway at each tower (the ends of the span). Find the height of the cable $40$ m from the center.
