A dot plot shows $10$ dots: $2$ dots above $1$, $3$ dots above $2$, $2$ dots above $3$, $1$ dot above $4$ and $2$ dots above $5$. One more dot is added above some whole number, and now the mean of the $11$ values equals their median. Above which number is the new dot?
