Eighteen subjects rate two soft drinks. For each subject the difference (drink A minus drink B) is recorded: 13 differences are positive, 3 are negative and 2 are exactly zero. Run a two-sided sign test of $H_0$: no preference, discarding the zero differences as usual. Find the exact p-value. Give a fraction.
