A gym has members of two kinds in equal numbers: half visit once a week and half visit 4 times a week. A surveyor stands at the door and interviews visitors at randomly chosen moments, so every visit during the week is equally likely to be the one sampled. Each person interviewed is asked how many times a week they visit. What is the expected value of the answer?
