Two teaching methods will be compared by giving each to its own random group of $n$ students (equal group sizes). Scores under both methods have known standard deviation $\sigma = 10$. What is the smallest $n$ for which the $95\%$ confidence interval for the difference of the two mean scores has margin of error at most $2$? Use $z^* = 1.96$.
