In a pie chart of a survey, the "Blue" sector is $144°$. Then $20$ more people are surveyed: some of them choose Blue and the rest choose a brand-new category, "Other". In the redrawn pie chart the Blue sector is $126°$ and the Other sector is $54°$. How many of the $20$ new people chose Blue?
