A constant force $\mathbf F = (2, -3, 1)$ newtons acts on an object as it moves in a straight line from $(0,0,0)$ to $(3,1,0)$, and then in a straight line from $(3,1,0)$ to $(3,4,2)$, with distances in metres. Find the total work done by $\mathbf F$ over the whole trip.
