Trigonometry · Superchallenge problem

Two straight roads cross at a junction OO at a 60∘60^\circ angle. At noon, car PP is 1010 km from OO, driving along its road toward OO (and then on through it) at 4040 km/h. At the same moment car QQ leaves OO along the other road at 2020 km/h, heading into the 60∘60^\circ angle formed with PP's side of the junction. Both keep constant speeds. Find the smallest distance between the cars, in km, in simplest radical form.
