Let $\mathbf u = \begin{pmatrix}1\\2\\3\end{pmatrix}$ and $\mathbf v = \begin{pmatrix}4\\-1\end{pmatrix}$. The outer product $\mathbf u\mathbf v^{T}$ is a $3\times 2$ matrix. Find the sum of all six of its entries.
