Every row of $A = \begin{pmatrix}1 & 2 & 3\\3 & 1 & 2\\4 & 0 & 2\end{pmatrix}$ has the same sum. The vector $\mathbf v = (1, 1, 1)$ is therefore an eigenvector of $A$. Find its eigenvalue.
