At a shop, a pen costs $p$ cents, and a notebook costs $20$ cents more than three pens. Ali buys $4$ notebooks and $2$ pens. Bea buys $3$ notebooks and $5$ pens. How many cents more does Ali pay than Bea? (The answer is the same whatever the price of a pen.)
