The Sylow Theorems · Challenge problem

A group GG has order 99=32⋅1199=3^2\cdot11. Using Sylow III, both its Sylow 33-subgroup (order 99) and Sylow 1111-subgroup (order 1111) are forced to be normal, so GG is the direct product of the two. How many groups of order 9999 are there, up to isomorphism?
