The Sylow Theorems · Challenge problem

A group GG has order 546=2⋅3⋅7⋅13546=2\cdot3\cdot7\cdot13. Suppose, toward a contradiction, that NEITHER its Sylow 77-subgroup nor its Sylow 1313-subgroup is normal, so Sylow III forces n7=78n_7=78 and n13=14n_{13}=14 (the only other candidates for each). How many elements of order 77 or order 1313 would this force GG to have in total?
