A regular tetrahedron's 44 vertices are painted red or blue, with exactly 22 red and 22 blue. Two colorings count as the same if a rotation of the tetrahedron matches them up (reflections are not allowed). Up to the tetrahedron's 1212 rotations, how many genuinely different such colorings are there?
