Wherever both are defined, the graph of $y=\tan\left(x+\dfrac{\pi}{3}\right)$ is sometimes above and sometimes below the graph of $y=\tan x$. Find the smallest positive value of $\tan\left(x+\dfrac{\pi}{3}\right)-\tan x$.
