Triangle $ABC$ has $AB=13$, $BC=14$ and $CA=15$. The inscribed circle touches $BC$ at $D$, and the excircle opposite $A$ (tangent to $BC$ and to the extensions of $AB$ and $AC$) touches $BC$ at $E$. Find $DE$.
