Point $P$ is $13$ units from the center $O$ of a circle of radius $5$. The tangents from $P$ touch the circle at $A$ and $B$, and line $PO$ meets the circle at $C$ (nearer to $P$) and $D$. Find the area of triangle $ACD$.
