A security camera tilts down by θ(d)=arctan⁡ ⁣(100d)\theta(d)=\arctan\!\left(\dfrac{100}{d}\right) radians to track a person a horizontal distance dd meters away. At d=100d=100, the tilt rate is θ′(100)\theta'(100). Find the distance dd at which the tilt rate has slowed to exactly half of θ′(100)\theta'(100).
