A triangle has corners $(0, 0)$, $(16, 0)$ and $(8, 8)$. The flat lines $y = 2$, $y = 4$ and $y = 6$ cut it into four pieces: a small triangle at the top and three strips below it. The bottom strip (between $y = 0$ and $y = 2$) has how many times the area of the small top triangle?
