Standing at point $O$, Jen draws $13$ rays: one pointing due east, one pointing due west, and $11$ more between them on the north side, so that every two neighbouring rays make a $15^\circ$ angle. Every pair of rays makes an angle. How many of these angles are acute (less than $90^\circ$)?
