Absolute Value · Challenge problem

Kai and Lia both start with the four numbers $-7$, $3$, $-2$ and $5$. Kai takes the absolute value of each number and then adds. Lia adds the four numbers and then takes the absolute value of the total. How much bigger is Kai's result than Lia's?
