From an external point $P$, two secants are drawn. On the first, the distance from $P$ to the near intersection is $5$ and the chord cut inside the circle is $7$. On the second, the distance from $P$ to the near intersection is $4$. Find the length of the chord the second secant cuts inside the circle.
