A disease is present in 1%1\% of a population. A screening test has a 95%95\% probability of testing positive when the disease is present (sensitivity) and a 5%5\% probability of testing positive when the disease is absent (false-positive rate). Given that a randomly selected person tests positive, find the probability that the person actually has the disease. Round to 3 decimal places (an exact answer is also accepted).
